The reason some people go by they/them pronouns is because they’re secretly 3 kids in a trench coat. So, saying them is grammatically correct.
Having an uncommon sexuality/gender makes you no less valid!

Only come out if you want to!
Whether it is one of the first times you come out, or if you’re mostly out, you are not obligated to come out to anyone!
Not telling people about your gender/sexuality doesn’t make you a bad person!
You are still valid!
Even if they don’t accept you, I will.
If your parents, family, siblings, etc., don’t accept you for who you are, I will.
If your community doesn’t respect you, I will.
If the world doesn’t think of you as a valid person, I do.
You can be nonbinary and transition!
Nonbinary people don’t have to go by an androgynous name!
Genderflux people aren’t “basically cis”!
Those aren’t the same thing!
